文章采用实证研究方法对2000-2011年江苏省出口贸易的产品结构、市场结构、贸易方式和主体结构进行深入分析，发现江苏省出口贸易存在高碳化、附加值不高、市场集中率偏大、加工贸易与外资比重偏高等问题，提出出口产业低碳化、延伸加工贸易价值链、拓展金砖国家和东盟市场、提升外资技术溢出、发展本土经济和出口品牌等优化对策。
文章採用實證研究方法對2000-2011年江囌省齣口貿易的產品結構、市場結構、貿易方式和主體結構進行深入分析，髮現江囌省齣口貿易存在高碳化、附加值不高、市場集中率偏大、加工貿易與外資比重偏高等問題，提齣齣口產業低碳化、延伸加工貿易價值鏈、拓展金磚國傢和東盟市場、提升外資技術溢齣、髮展本土經濟和齣口品牌等優化對策。

The product structure, market structure, trade mode and enterprise structure of Jiangsu export have been empiri-cally analyzed from 2000 to 2011. Conclusion has been made that there are problems such as high discharged carbon,low add-ed value,big MCR,high proportion in processing trade and foreign capital export in Jiangsu export. The optimization ways of making export industry low discharged carbon, extending the value chain of processing trade, expanding BRIC and ASEAN market,enhancing technology overflow of foreign capital,developing native enterprise and brand have been put forward in re-gard to above problems.
