教学质量评价是教学质量管理的重要手段,构建科学的、系统的、行之有效的教学质量评价体系和运行机制,对加强和提高教学质量具有重要意义。而教学质量评价指标的设定是教学评价中最基本和最重要的一个环节,本文利用AHP(层次分析法)对现行指标进行分析和改进,最终设定出一个比较公正、合理的教学评价指标,为教学质量评价体系提供了一个评教标准,并为教师提高教学质量水平提供了一定的依据。

Teaching Quality Evaluation is an important means of the teaching quality management. To build a scientific,systematic and effective teaching quality evaluation system and operational mechanism is of great significance to the strengthening of the quality of higher education and the improvement of the quality of teaching. The evaluation indicators are one of the basic and the most important process, this article use technique of AHP to analysis and improve current indicators, at last make an impartial and reasonable evaluation indicators, it provides to Assessing System of Quality a evaluation standard ,and provide a basis for improve quality of teaching quality.
