基于差异化配置思想,将10 kV 配电线路根据各自线路电气特征进行分类,并建立各类线路的基态模型,定义了无功补偿配置率、线路配变平均负载率、配变自然功率因数、发耗比、线路各特征参数与无功补偿配置率间的灵敏度。通过无功优化得到基态特征下的无功配置率,结合各电气特征参数的灵敏度分析,得到非基态的无功配置率,进而得到各类线路无功补偿配置率的推荐中值。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Based on the idea of differential configuration, the 10kV feeders in a distribution network are classified according to their own electrical characteristics respectively and base-state models of each kind of feeders are established, and then several factors such as the reactive power compensation configuration rate, the average load factor of distribution transformer installed on feeder, the natural power factor of distribution transformer, the generation-consumption ratio and the sensitivity between characteristic parameters and configuration rate of reactive compensation are defined. Through reactive power optimization, the configuration rate of reactive power compensation capacity of each base-state model is obtained, and combining with sensitivity analysis on electrical characteristic parameters the configuration rate of reactive power compensation capacity of each non-base-state model can be calculated, and then the recommended midvalue of the configuration rate of reactive power compensation capacity for various kinds of feeders can be obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by calculation example of a certain 10kV distribution network.
