将交直流混联系统的连锁故障风险与交直流容量最优分配这2方面结合考虑的研究迄今未见报道,旨在研究考虑连锁故障风险的交直流容量最优分配问题,作者进行了交直直流容量最优分配问题的初步分析和数学建模,提出了连锁故障蒙特卡洛仿真算法和交直流容量最优分配隐式枚举算法,对修改的IEEE 39算例系统进行了计算,求得使系统连锁故障与大停电风险最小的交直流容量分配最优解,分析了各种因素对交直流容量最优分配的影响。结果说明交直流混联系统的交直流容量分配存在一个比例均衡的最优方式,而应用所提方法可以从连锁故障与大停电的角度对此进行定量计算,这将为电力系统的实际规划运行提供一定的参考。

So far there is hardly any report about the research on the risk of cascading failure integrated with the optimal AC/DC capacity allocation in AC/DC hybrid power grid. In allusion to the optimal AC/DC capacity allocation, in which the risk of cascading failure is considered, the optimal AC/DC capacity allocation is preliminarily analyzed and corresponding mathematical model is established, and an implicit enumerative algorithm for optimal AC/DC capacity allocation and a Monte Carlo algorithm for the cascading failure are proposed. The simulation for the proposed method applied to the modified IEEE 39-bus system is performed, and the optimal solution of AC/DC capacity allocation, which makes the risk of cascading failure and that of blackout minimized, is solved, and the impacts of various factors on the optimal AC/DC capacity allocation are analyzed. Results of this research item show that there is a proportionable optimal mode for AC/DC capacity allocation in AC/DC hybrid power grid, and applying the proposed method the AC/DC capacity allocation in AC/DC hybrid power grid can be quantitatively calculated from the viewpoint of cascading failure and blackout, and it is available for reference to practical planning and operation of AC/DC hybrid power grids.
