针对教学实验室中船用分油机空气噪声过大影响正常教学的问题，对分油机的振动和噪声进行测试。通过对测试结果的模态特性、响应谱特性、相干性等分析，并对分油机进行减振降噪处理。与传统的对分油机本体进行改进方式不同，采用了经济有效的隔振和阻尼涂敷方法有效地降低了室内的空气噪声，该方法对其它设备的降噪具有一定的参考价值。

The vibration and noise of a marine oil separator in a teaching laboratory was measured. According to the measurement data, the modal character and dynamic spectrum of the noise, and the coherence between vibration and noise were analyzed. Effective methods were researched to control the noise and vibration of the marine oil separator. Different from the traditional way in which only the structure of the marine oil separator itself were improved, the vibration isolators and artificial damping were used to reduce the chamber noise. This research provides some suggestions for the vibration and noise control of marine oil separators and some other equipments.
