针对一款轴流式子午加速风机,利用数值模拟的方法,研究了串列动叶前后叶片在不同相对周向位置下的风机性能。通过分析得出了改变串列动叶前后叶片周向相对位置,可以降低风机的流量和压比,其调节效果相当于降低风机转速;且注意到串列动叶前后叶片周向相对位置,对风机稳定工作范围有较大影响,合理选择串列动叶前后叶片周向相对位置,可以有效扩大风机的稳定工作范围。
針對一款軸流式子午加速風機,利用數值模擬的方法,研究瞭串列動葉前後葉片在不同相對週嚮位置下的風機性能。通過分析得齣瞭改變串列動葉前後葉片週嚮相對位置,可以降低風機的流量和壓比,其調節效果相噹于降低風機轉速;且註意到串列動葉前後葉片週嚮相對位置,對風機穩定工作範圍有較大影響,閤理選擇串列動葉前後葉片週嚮相對位置,可以有效擴大風機的穩定工作範圍。

A numerical study on performances of a axial-flow meridian acceleration fan under different circumferential positions of the rear blades of tandem rotor is conducted in this paper. According to the computed results, changes of the circumferential position of the tandem rotor can reduce the flow and the pressure ratio of the fan, which is similar to the effect of reducing the speed of the fan. It is also showed by the results that the circumferential position of the tandem rotor has strong effects on the steady working range of the fan. Proper circumferential position of the tandem rotor can enlarge the steady working range of the fan effectively.
