目的：观察冷灸治疗早期麦粒肿的疗效。方法：120例门诊麦粒肿早期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组采用复方白芥子膏穴位冷灸治疗，对照组采用穴位刺络拔罐治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96.8%，对照组为86.8%，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：冷灸治疗早期麦粒肿操作简单，无疼痛，疗效确切，安全可靠，费用低廉，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰랭구치료조기맥립종적료효。방법：120례문진맥립종조기환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각60례，치료조채용복방백개자고혈위랭구치료，대조조채용혈위자락발관치료，관찰량조료효。결과：치료조총유효솔96.8%，대조조위86.8%，치료조우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：랭구치료조기맥립종조작간단，무동통，료효학절，안전가고，비용저렴，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of cold moxibustion treating early hordeolum. Methods:120 cases of outpatient with early hordeolum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group, treatment group treated with acupoint cold moxibustion of compound semen brassicae plaster, control group with therapy of acupoint pricking and cupping, to observe the curative effects of two groups. Re-sults:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.8%, better than that of control group by 86.8%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cold moxibustion treat-ing early hordeolum is simplicity of operation without pain, curative effects of which are exact, safe and reliable with low cost, being worthy of clini-cal promotion.
