目的：观察推拿结合蜡疗治疗小儿肌性斜颈的临床疗效。方法：72例小儿肌性斜颈患分为对照组和治疗组各36例，对照组予常规推拿，治疗组采用推拿结合蜡疗，评定两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：小儿肌性斜颈应用推拿结合蜡疗效果显著。

목적：관찰추나결합사료치료소인기성사경적림상료효。방법：72례소인기성사경환분위대조조화치료조각36례，대조조여상규추나，치료조채용추나결합사료，평정량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：소인기성사경응용추나결합사료효과현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of massage combined with kerotherapy on infantile myogenic torticollis. Methods:72 cases of in-fantile myogenic torticollis were divided into control group and treatment group, each of 36 cases, control group received routine massage, treatment group were treated with massage combined with kerotherapy, to assess the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treat-ment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage and kerotherapy applied in infantile myogenic torticol-lis is significantly effective.
