目的：探讨运动疗法配合拔罐、针刺治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛的效果。方法：选取我科因中风偏瘫后肩痛患者114例，分为治疗组56例与对照组58例，治疗组采取运动疗法配合走罐及针刺治疗，对照组采用拔罐、针刺疗法，1个疗程后评价两组镇痛效果。结果：治疗后两组肩痛症状均有一定程度改善，且治疗组效果好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：运动疗法配合拔罐、针刺治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛具有较好的镇痛效果。

목적：탐토운동요법배합발관、침자치료중풍편탄후견통적효과。방법：선취아과인중풍편탄후견통환자114례，분위치료조56례여대조조58례，치료조채취운동요법배합주관급침자치료，대조조채용발관、침자요법，1개료정후평개량조진통효과。결과：치료후량조견통증상균유일정정도개선，차치료조효과호우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：운동요법배합발관、침자치료중풍편탄후견통구유교호적진통효과。
Objective:To investigate the effects of kinesitherapy with cupping and acupuncture on shoulder pain after apoplexy hemiplegia. Methods:114 cases of shoulder pain after apoplexy hemiplegia were chosen to divide into control group of 58 cases and treatment group of 56 cases, treatment group adopted kinesitherapy with moving cupping and acupuncture, control group with cupping and acupuncture therapy, to evaluate the analgesic ef-fects of the two groups after treatment of 1 month. Results:Shoulder pain of two groups both improved to some extent after treatment, and treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:There are better analgesic effects of kinesitherapy with cupping and acupuncture treating shoulder pain after apoplexy hemiplegia.
