目的：比较可塑纤维桩和纤维桩联合辅桩两种修复方式在漏斗形根管修复中的效果。方法：将120例需修复上前牙的患者随机分为A组和B组，A组采用EverStick可塑纤维桩树脂核进行修复，B组采用纤维桩和纤维桩辅桩进行修复，比较两组的修复成功率。结果：B组的修复成功率高于A组（P<0.05）；漏斗形根管长度大于根管总长度1/2的患牙，A组的修复成功率高于B组（P<0.05）；牙本质领高度小于2mm的患牙，B组的修复成功率高于A组（P<0.05）。结论：对漏斗状残根的修复，根据患牙漏斗形根管的形态及其牙本质领的高低来选择合适的修复方法，可相对有效地提高漏斗状残根的修复成功率。
목적：비교가소섬유장화섬유장연합보장량충수복방식재루두형근관수복중적효과。방법：장120례수수복상전아적환자수궤분위A조화B조，A조채용EverStick가소섬유장수지핵진행수복，B조채용섬유장화섬유장보장진행수복，비교량조적수복성공솔。결과：B조적수복성공솔고우A조（P<0.05）；루두형근관장도대우근관총장도1/2적환아，A조적수복성공솔고우B조（P<0.05）；아본질령고도소우2mm적환아，B조적수복성공솔고우A조（P<0.05）。결론：대루두상잔근적수복，근거환아루두형근관적형태급기아본질령적고저래선택합괄적수복방법，가상대유효지제고루두상잔근적수복성공솔。
Objective:To compare the effect between the two repair methods of plasticity fiber piles and fiber piles combined with auxiliary piles in repairing funnel-shaped root canals. Methods:120 cases of patients who needed to repair the upper anterior teeth were randomly divided into group A and group B, group A repaired by Ever Stick plasticity fiber piles and resin cores, while group B by fiber piles combined with auxiliary piles, com-pared the two groups' repair success rate. Results:The success rate in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05);for the teeth that the length of funnel-shaped root canal was longer than 1/2 of total length of root canal, the success rate in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05);for the teeth that the height of dental collar was less than 2mm, the success rate in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion:For the repairing of funnel-shaped residual root, according to the shapes of funnel-shaped root canals and height of dental collars of diseased teeth can rela-tive effectively increase the repair success rate of funnel-shaped residual root.
