目的探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒的有效护理措施。方法回顾性分析38例血液灌流配合精心护理治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的病例资料，结合临床总结分析其有效护理措施。结果本组33例治愈出院，2例自动放弃治疗，2例好转出院，1例死亡。结论重度有机磷农药中毒患者在进行血液灌流等综合治疗的同时给予精心护理，可缩短疗程，提高治愈率，减少病死率。
목적탐토급성중도유궤린농약중독적유효호리조시。방법회고성분석38례혈액관류배합정심호리치료급성중도유궤린농약중독적병례자료，결합림상총결분석기유효호리조시。결과본조33례치유출원，2례자동방기치료，2례호전출원，1례사망。결론중도유궤린농약중독환자재진행혈액관류등종합치료적동시급여정심호리，가축단료정，제고치유솔，감소병사솔。
objective to explore the effective nursing measures of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods a retrospective analysis of 38 cases of care and blood perfusion for the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning cases material, combined with clinical summarize the effective nursing measures. Results 33 cases were cured and discharged, 2 cases give up treatment, were 2 cases improved, 1 case died. Conclusion patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the comprehensive treatment of blood perfusion, as well as give care at the same time, can shorten the treatment course, improve the cure rate and reduce mortality.
