目的探讨泌尿外科腔镜手术室护理工作中常见护理安全隐患，并采取相应措施，减少护理工作中安全隐患的发生，提高护理质量和手术成功率。方法选取我科2012年3月至2013年3月腔镜手术患者600例。按入院时间随机将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组沿袭以往护理措施，观察组分析安全隐患因素采取相应护理措施，比较两组安全隐患排除率、护理质量和手术患者对护理工作满意度。结论观察组护理安全隐患排除率明显增加，护理质明显提高，手术患者对护理工作满意度明显提高。

목적탐토비뇨외과강경수술실호리공작중상견호리안전은환，병채취상응조시，감소호리공작중안전은환적발생，제고호리질량화수술성공솔。방법선취아과2012년3월지2013년3월강경수술환자600례。안입원시간수궤장기분위관찰조화대조조，대조조연습이왕호리조시，관찰조분석안전은환인소채취상응호리조시，비교량조안전은환배제솔、호리질량화수술환자대호리공작만의도。결론관찰조호리안전은환배제솔명현증가，호리질명현제고，수술환자대호리공작만의도명현제고。
Objective Discussion on common nursing safety hidden cavitynursing in operation room department of Urology, and take corresponding measures, reduce security risks in nursing work, improve the nursing quality and the success rate of operation. Method A total of 600 patients in our department from 2012 Marchto 2013 March, laparoscopic operation patients. According to the admission time were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control groupused in nursing, the observation group analysis of safetyfactor to take the corresponding nursing measures,compared two groups of potential safety hazard eliminationrate the quality of care for patients with operation, and thedegree of satisfaction to the nursing work. Conclusion The observation group nurses the security hidden dangerelimination rate increases obviously, imp rove nursingquality, operation patient care and job satisfactionsignificantly improve.
