广州市为贯彻落实中长期教育改革发展规划纲要，按照“学校集中基地，专业集群发展，资源集约利用，学生集成培养”的建设思路，构建南方职业教育基地。同时以基地建设为契机，大力改善中高职院校的办学条件；以基地建设为载体，优化专业结构，合理配置资源；以基地建设为平台，加强职业教育内涵建设。广州市构建南方职业教育基地，将中高职教育相衔接，实现贯通培养的人才培养模式；以龙头专业为基础，其它相关专业相支撑的专业簇群建设模式；以公共实训基地为平台，实现资源共建共享模式；同时建立互派共育机制的师资队伍建设模式。

Guangzhou city to implement the medium and long term educational reform and development plan, in accordance with the construction ideas of "school base centralized, professional cluster development, intensive utilization of resources, integrated training students", construct the occupation education bases in the south of China.
