随着计算机和网络技术的高速发展，信息化教学也在各大高校展开，在高等院校信息化教学软件硬件环境建设中，硬件环境是建设的基础，软件环境是建设的核心。高校信息化教学是教育发展的必经途径，也是推进我国教育国际化的基础。但是就目前国内的信息化程度，很难在高校进行完善的信息化教学。很多高校信息化教学观念不高，学校内部各部门配合不够密切，阻碍了信息化教学进程。教学管理人员信息化技能不强，信息化素养不高，高校信息化教学软件、硬件环境不完善。
