随着我国高校招生规模的不断扩大，高等教育体制改革的不断深化，大学生就业困难的矛盾日益突出，引起了社会的高度重视。本文从分析大学生就业困难的形成原因着手，探讨大学生的就业指导对策，从而缓解高校毕业生就业的困难问题。
隨著我國高校招生規模的不斷擴大，高等教育體製改革的不斷深化，大學生就業睏難的矛盾日益突齣，引起瞭社會的高度重視。本文從分析大學生就業睏難的形成原因著手，探討大學生的就業指導對策，從而緩解高校畢業生就業的睏難問題。
수착아국고교초생규모적불단확대，고등교육체제개혁적불단심화，대학생취업곤난적모순일익돌출，인기료사회적고도중시。본문종분석대학생취업곤난적형성원인착수，탐토대학생적취업지도대책，종이완해고교필업생취업적곤난문제。
With the continuous enlargement of the enrollment scale in colleges as well as the deepening reform of higher education system of our country, the contradiction in the college students’ employment difficulties has become more and more prominent, which causes great attention of the society. This article starts from analyzing the causes of the employment difficulties of college students to discuss countermeasures of the employment guidance, so as to relieve the problems of the employment difficulties.
