目的探讨克拉霉素对肺炎支原体感染小鼠细胞因子的影响。方法将昆明60只小鼠分为未感染肺炎地原体( MA)组( A1组)、感染肺炎支原体( MP)组( A2组)及克拉霉素治疗组( A3组),A2、A3组建立小鼠肺炎支原体感染模型成功后,A3组用克拉霉素治疗5 d。肺炎支原体感染模型建立后第8天,检测3组小鼠血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液中白细胞介素(IL)-6,干挠等(IFN)-γ、IL-5水平。结果与A1组比较,A2组、A3组小鼠血清和支气管灌洗液中IL-6、IFN-γ、IL-5水平均显著升高(P<0.05),但A3组血IFN-γ、IL-6水平低于A2组(P<0.05),A2、A3组血对IL-5水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克拉霉素可显著降低肺炎支原体感染小鼠血IL-6、IFN-γ水平。

목적탐토극랍매소대폐염지원체감염소서세포인자적영향。방법장곤명60지소서분위미감염폐염지원체( MA)조( A1조)、감염폐염지원체( MP)조( A2조)급극랍매소치료조( A3조),A2、A3조건립소서폐염지원체감염모형성공후,A3조용극랍매소치료5 d。폐염지원체감염모형건립후제8천,검측3조소서혈청급지기관폐포관세액중백세포개소(IL)-6,간뇨등(IFN)-γ、IL-5수평。결과여A1조비교,A2조、A3조소서혈청화지기관관세액중IL-6、IFN-γ、IL-5수평균현저승고(P<0.05),단A3조혈IFN-γ、IL-6수평저우A2조(P<0.05),A2、A3조혈대IL-5수평비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론극랍매소가현저강저폐염지원체감염소서혈IL-6、IFN-γ수평。
Objective To investigate the effect of clarithromycin on the cytokine production in mice with My-coplasma pneumoniae ( MP) infection.Methods Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into Group A 1 ( mice without MP),Group A2(mice with MP) and Group A3(mice treated with clarithromycin).After the mice model of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was developed successfully in the Group A 2 and Group A3 ,the mice in the Group A3 were treated with clarithromycin for five days .On the 8 th day after the mice model was developed successfully ,the interlenkin( IL)-6,interferon γ( IFN-γ) and IL-5 levels were detected in the serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of mice among three groups .Results Compared with Group A1,the IL-6,IFN-γand IL-5 levels in the serum and bron-choalveolar lavage fluid increased significantly in the Group A 2 and GroupA3(P<0.05).But the IFN-γand IL-6 levels of mice in the Group A3 were lower than those in the Group A2(P<0.05).IL-5 level showed no significant difference between Group A2 and Group A3(P>0.05).Conclusion The IL-6,IFN-γand IL-5 levels increase in the Mycoplasma Pneumonia mice .Clarithromycin may significantly reduce the IL-6 and IFN-γlevels of mice with My-coplasma pneumoniae infection .
