目的探讨膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的临床诊治。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2009年12月间收治的21例（24膝）膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者的临床资料，观察患者的临床症状表现、影像学特点及病理表现以及关节镜的治疗效果。结果对所有患者随访36～60个月，21例（24膝）膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病患者中，20例患者治愈，1例患者好转。结论关节镜具有微创、有效、安全的特点，患者的术后恢复快，病变滑膜能够彻底被切除，是膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病诊治的有效方法。
목적탐토슬관절활막연골류병적림상진치。방법회고성분석아원2004년1월～2009년12월간수치적21례（24슬）슬관절활막연골류병환자적림상자료，관찰환자적림상증상표현、영상학특점급병리표현이급관절경적치료효과。결과대소유환자수방36～60개월，21례（24슬）슬관절활막연골류병환자중，20례환자치유，1례환자호전。결론관절경구유미창、유효、안전적특점，환자적술후회복쾌，병변활막능구철저피절제，시슬관절활막연골류병진치적유효방법。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee synovial chondromatosis. Methods The clinical symptoms,imaging features,pathological manifestations and arthroscopic treatment effect of 21 patients(24 knees) with knee synovial chondromatosis in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were followed up for 36-60 months.In 21 patients(24 knees) with knee synovial chondromatosis,20 patients were cured, 1 patient improved. Conclusion The arthroscopic has the features of minimally invasive,effective,safe,rapid postoperative recovery of patients,completely excision of synovial lesions,and which is an effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of knee synovial chondromatosis.
