目的研究总结Onyx胶栓塞治疗颅内血管畸形的临床应用情况。方法选择2010年6月~2012年11月期间我院收治的20例颅内血管畸形的患者为研究对象，全身麻醉情况下，经股动脉行穿刺插管至病变位置，利用Onyx胶栓塞治疗，观察畸形血管栓塞情况。结果20例患者中治愈性栓塞8例（40.00%），大部分栓塞9例（45.00%），小部分栓塞3例（15.00%）。其中Ⅰ级患者治愈性栓塞率75.00%明显高于其他级的治愈性栓塞率，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗中4例发生并发症（1例并发脑梗死、1例并发少量颅内出血、2例治疗中畸形血管出血），但均无严重不良后果。结论Onyx胶栓塞应用于颅内血管畸形治疗中能明显提高畸形血管的栓塞效果，值得推广使用，但需要特别注意正确应用栓塞技术及预防并发症。
목적연구총결Onyx효전새치료로내혈관기형적림상응용정황。방법선택2010년6월~2012년11월기간아원수치적20례로내혈관기형적환자위연구대상，전신마취정황하，경고동맥행천자삽관지병변위치，이용Onyx효전새치료，관찰기형혈관전새정황。결과20례환자중치유성전새8례（40.00%），대부분전새9례（45.00%），소부분전새3례（15.00%）。기중Ⅰ급환자치유성전새솔75.00%명현고우기타급적치유성전새솔，단차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；치료중4례발생병발증（1례병발뇌경사、1례병발소량로내출혈、2례치료중기형혈관출혈），단균무엄중불량후과。결론Onyx효전새응용우로내혈관기형치료중능명현제고기형혈관적전새효과，치득추엄사용，단수요특별주의정학응용전새기술급예방병발증。
Objective To study and summarize clinical application of intracranial vascular malformation Onyx glue embolotherapy. Methods 20 cases of intracranial vascular malformation from June 2010 to November 2012 of our hospital were selected as the research object,under the general anesthesia,through femoral artery puncture and intubate into lesion location,use Onyx glue embolotherapy,observe abnormal vascular embolism status. Results 8 cases(40.00%) were healing embolism in 20 cases,9 cases(45.00%) were bulk embolism,3 patients(15.00%)were subsection embolism,Curative embolism rate of rank Ⅰ patients was 75.00%,which was higher than other embolism curative rate,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);complications occurred in 4 cases (1 case complicated with cerebral infarction,1 case complicated with small amount of intracranial hemorrhage,2 cases of malformation vascular bleeding),but there were no serious adverse consequences. Conclusion Onyx glue embolism applied in the treatment of intracranial vascular malformation can obviously increase the embolism effect of malformation vascular,worthy of promotion use,but need to pay special attention to the correct application of embolism techniques and prevention of complications.
