目的探讨“质量控制小组管理”模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法首先将我院手术室随机地分为6个质控小组，经过构建“专科护士长-护士长-质控员-专科组长”四级质控体系，进行有效的、综合的以及系统化的护理质量控制。比较护理质量管理前后护理不良事件的发生次数以及各质控小组平均得分。结果本组护理质量管理后护理不良事件发生次数较护理管理前出现明显下降趋势，且两者对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；根据我院制定的《护理质量评分标准》，实施护理质控管理后护理质量各项指标得分均出现明显上升，且差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论质量控制小组管理模式能够有效促使手术室护理质量管理趋于标准化以及制度化等，帮助提高手术室护理管理效能以及护理质量，增强专业发展的活力，应加以推广并应用。

Objective To explore the effect of "quality control team management"mode in nursing management of operating room. Methods The operating rooms of our hospital were randomly divided into six quality control teams. Effective,comprehensive and systematic nursing quality control was conducted through establishing the"specialist head nurse-head nurse-quality control member-specialist team leader"four-level quality control system.The frequency of nursing adverse events and the average score of quality control teams before and after the application of nursing quality management were compared. Results The frequency of nursing adverse events after the application of nursing quality management decreased significantly compared to that before the application of nursing quality management,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).According to the Nursingqualityscoringstandards developed by our hospital,the scores of all the nursing quality indicators increased significantly,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Quality control team management mode can effectively promote the standardization and institutionalization of operating room's nursing quality management,can improve the management efficiency and quality of nursing and increase the vitality of professional development,so it should be promoted and applied.
