目的用TOPSIS评价我院两个病区的九个单病种指标质量优劣，然后用变异系数加TOPSIS法评价。方法选取治愈好转率、出院者平均住院日、平均住院费用指标，先用TOPSIS法进行评价再用变异系数赋权再进行评价。结果九个病种最优的是新生儿高胆红素血症，最劣的是早产儿，两种方法所得结果基本相同。结论变异系数加TOPSIS法能够克服单个评价方法的缺点，使评价结果深刻、全面、合理、科学。
목적용TOPSIS평개아원량개병구적구개단병충지표질량우렬，연후용변이계수가TOPSIS법평개。방법선취치유호전솔、출원자평균주원일、평균주원비용지표，선용TOPSIS법진행평개재용변이계수부권재진행평개。결과구개병충최우적시신생인고담홍소혈증，최렬적시조산인，량충방법소득결과기본상동。결론변이계수가TOPSIS법능구극복단개평개방법적결점，사평개결과심각、전면、합리、과학。
Objective Using TOPSIS method to evaluate nine indicators of single diseases quality in two wards of our hospital,then by TOPSIS method combined with the variation coefficient. Methods The cure recovery rate,average discharge and average hospitalization expenses were selected,TOPSIS method was first used to evaluate,then the variation coefficient. Results The best of nine entities was hyperbilirubinemia of newborn,the worst was premature,the results of two methods were basically same. Conclusion TOPSIS method combined with the variation coefficient can overcome the shortcomings of single evaluation method,make deep,comprehensive,reasonable and scientific evaluation results.
