目的探讨循证护理在急性脑梗死患者行溶栓治疗临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取来本院就诊32例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。患者均行介入溶栓治疗，并在一般常规护理配合治疗基础上采取循证护理理念干预，分析护理治疗效果。结果32例患者中有3例基本痊愈，14例患者显著进步，10例患者进步，另外5例患者无效；总有效率为84.4%（27/32），显效率为53.1%（17/32），没有患者出现死亡或遗留严重后遗症。结论循证护理在急性脑梗死患者行溶栓治疗临床护理中的应用效果良好，证明循证护理在临床实践中能够解决护理难题，提高临床护理质量。
목적탐토순증호리재급성뇌경사환자행용전치료림상호리중적응용효과。방법선취래본원취진32례급성뇌경사환자작위연구대상。환자균행개입용전치료，병재일반상규호리배합치료기출상채취순증호리이념간예，분석호리치료효과。결과32례환자중유3례기본전유，14례환자현저진보，10례환자진보，령외5례환자무효；총유효솔위84.4%（27/32），현효솔위53.1%（17/32），몰유환자출현사망혹유류엄중후유증。결론순증호리재급성뇌경사환자행용전치료림상호리중적응용효과량호，증명순증호리재림상실천중능구해결호리난제，제고림상호리질량。
Objective To probe the effect of evidence-based nursing in interventional thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction collected in our hospital were given interventional thrombolytic therapy and added evidence-based nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing effect of the patients were analyzed. Results In 32 patients,3 cases got basically recovered,14 cases had significant progress,10 cases had progress,5 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 84.4%(27/32),effective rate was 53.1%(17/32).There were no deaths or serious sequelae. Conclusion The evidence-based nursing in interventional thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction has good effect,can solve nursing problems and improve clinical nursing quality.
