目的探讨胎儿重复肾畸形的超声诊断价值。方法对2009年1月～2012年12月在本院行胎儿系统超声检查并有产后随诊结果的12例病例进行综合分析。结果12例胎儿重复肾均为单侧，左侧9例，右侧3例，均位于上肾段。胎儿重复肾声像图表现为：（1）上肾盂扩张伴下肾盂扩张，可见上、下排列不相连的双肾盂，扩张输尿管与扩张上肾盂相连，部分可见扩张输尿管与扩张下肾盂亦相连；（2）上肾盂扩张无伴下肾盂扩张，可见扩张输尿管与扩张上肾盂相连；（3）输尿管不同程度扩张；（4）输尿管囊肿。结论超声对伴积水胎儿重复肾诊断有较高临床价值。
목적탐토태인중복신기형적초성진단개치。방법대2009년1월～2012년12월재본원행태인계통초성검사병유산후수진결과적12례병례진행종합분석。결과12례태인중복신균위단측，좌측9례，우측3례，균위우상신단。태인중복신성상도표현위：（1）상신우확장반하신우확장，가견상、하배렬불상련적쌍신우，확장수뇨관여확장상신우상련，부분가견확장수뇨관여확장하신우역상련；（2）상신우확장무반하신우확장，가견확장수뇨관여확장상신우상련；（3）수뇨관불동정도확장；（4）수뇨관낭종。결론초성대반적수태인중복신진단유교고림상개치。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for fetal renal duplication malformation. Methods Twelve patients who received fetal systematic ultrasound examination in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 and had postpartum follow-up results were analyzed comprehensively. Results All the 12 cases of fetal renal duplication were unilateral,including 9 cases of left side and 3 cases of right side,all located on the upper renal segment. Fetal renal duplication sonogram showed:(1)upper pyelectasis accompanied with lower pyelectasis,with disconnected double pelvises with one above the other,expanded ureter connected to expanded upper pelvis and expanded ureter connected to expanded lower pelvis in some patients;(2) upper pyelectasis not accompanied with lower pyelectasis,with expanded ureter connected to expanded upper pelvis;(3)varying degrees of ureter expansion;(4)ureterocele. Conclusion Ultrasound is of high clinical diagnostic value for fetal renal duplication accompanied with hydrops.
