目的探讨注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法96例慢性乙型肝炎患者，分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予重组人干扰素α2b，观察组给予重组人干扰素α2b联合胸腺肽肠溶片。结果观察组总有效率79.17%高于对照组60.42%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较佳疗效。
목적탐토주사용중조인간우소α2b연합흉선태장용편치료만성을형간염적림상료효。방법96례만성을형간염환자，분성관찰조화대조조。대조조급여중조인간우소α2b，관찰조급여중조인간우소α2b연합흉선태장용편。결과관찰조총유효솔79.17%고우대조조60.42%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론주사용중조인간우소α2b연합흉선태장용편치료만성을형간염구유교가료효。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 96 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b. The observation group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79.17% higher than 60.42% in the control group, significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effects of treating chronic hepatitis B with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets well.
