目的评价琥珀酸索利那新片联合前列安栓对前列腺电切术（TURP）术后膀胱痉挛的治疗效果。方法将60例TURP术后患者随机分为两组，均为30例，试验组于手术当日起口服琥珀酸索利那新片，5 mg/次，前列安栓直肠给药，2 g/次，每日1次，至拔尿管后第3天停药。对照组膀胱痉挛出现后给予吲哚美辛栓50 mg塞肛，比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果实验组术后72 h内膀胱痉挛次数、平均持续时间、膀胱冲洗转清时间及拔除导尿管后3 d平均每日排尿次数均少于对照组，平均每次排尿量高于对照组（P＜0.05），且药物安全性高。结论琥珀酸索利那新片联合前列安栓对于预防和治疗TURP术后早期膀胱痉挛有较满意的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
목적평개호박산색리나신편연합전렬안전대전렬선전절술（TURP）술후방광경련적치료효과。방법장60례TURP술후환자수궤분위량조，균위30례，시험조우수술당일기구복호박산색리나신편，5 mg/차，전렬안전직장급약，2 g/차，매일1차，지발뇨관후제3천정약。대조조방광경련출현후급여신타미신전50 mg새항，비교량조환자치료효과급불량반응정황。결과실험조술후72 h내방광경련차수、평균지속시간、방광충세전청시간급발제도뇨관후3 d평균매일배뇨차수균소우대조조，평균매차배뇨량고우대조조（P＜0.05），차약물안전성고。결론호박산색리나신편연합전렬안전대우예방화치료TURP술후조기방광경련유교만의적치료효과，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of solifenacin succinate tablets and prostant in the treatment of cystospasm during the early stage after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Each group contained 30 cases.The observation group was treated with solifenacin succinate tablets(5 mg,Qd)and prostant(2 g,Qd),while the control group was treated with indomethacin 50 mg.Treatment outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The mean frequency,duration of bladder spasm,the time of bladder perfusion clearance in observation group reduced significantly as compared with control group. Within three days after removing the catheter,the numbers of voids per day,mean urine volume per void in observation group improved significantly as compared with control roup(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of solifenacin succinate tablets and prostant are effective in the prevention and treatment of bladder spasm following TURP,and it is worthy of clinical application.
