为研究日粮中不同比例花生粕替代豆粕对草鱼生产性能的影响,试验将4800尾体重为250 g左右草鱼随机平均分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复400尾鱼,试验在网箱(4 m ×4 m ×3.0 m)中进行,持续90 d。对照组日粮中豆粕比例为16%,各试验组以等量花生粕分别替代对照组日粮中25%、50%、75%的豆粕。结果表明:花生粕替代75%豆粕显著降低了草鱼种的增重率(P<0.05)、显著提高了饵料系数(P<0.05),花生粕替代50%和25%豆粕,草鱼增重率和饵料系数与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。花生粕替代豆粕对草鱼体成分影响不显著(P>0.05),75%替代组草鱼肥满度显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,本试验条件下,草鱼饲料中花生粕替代豆粕的比例为50%,即添加量为8%不影响草鱼生长性能。

A 90-day feeding experiment was conducted in floating cages (4 m × 4 m × 3.0 m) to determine the po-tential use of peanut meal as a partial replacement of soybean meal in diet for grass carp with an initial average weight of about 250 g.Diets were formulated to include 0.25%,50%,75%of soybean meal being substituted by peanut meal with ly-sine supplementation.The results showed that:weight gain rate decreased significantly (P < 0.05) when the replacement level was 75%,and feed coefficient increased significantly (P < 0.05).Compared with control group,weight gain rate and feed coefficient of 25%and 50%replacement groups showed no significant difference.There were no significant differences in the moisture,lipid,crude protein and ash content of whole body among all groups and relative fatness of 75% replace-ment group decreased significantly (P < 0.05).Results of this trial indicated that the optimum level of soybean meal re-placement with peanut meal was 50%,on the basis of maximum weight gain.
