目的考察载阿霉素金磁复合微粒在外磁场的协同作用下,对小鼠肝细胞癌的靶向治疗效果。方法建立小鼠肝细胞癌动物模型,随机分为5组,每组10只,各组经尾缘静脉分别注射生理盐水、单纯磁微粒溶液、及含有同等剂量阿霉素的磁微粒溶液和单纯阿霉素溶液,同时,在注射磁阿霉素溶液的一组中,加外磁场固定2h。上述各组给药治疗每3天进行1次,分别于第6天和第9天测算各组肿瘤抑制率,评价其抗肿瘤效果。结果磁阿霉素加磁场组较其他各组均有明显的抑瘤效果(P=0.000),并在持续给药的情况下,对肿瘤的抑制效果不断增强,而在无外磁场的环境下,单纯阿霉素组和单纯磁阿霉素组虽有抑瘤作用,但两者抑瘤效果无差异(P>0.05),单纯磁微粒组无抑瘤作用。结论通过磁导靶向给药,载阿霉素金磁复合微粒对小鼠肝细胞癌具有明显的抑制作用,有望成为临床靶向治疗恶性肿瘤的一种新途径。

목적고찰재아매소금자복합미립재외자장적협동작용하,대소서간세포암적파향치료효과。방법건립소서간세포암동물모형,수궤분위5조,매조10지,각조경미연정맥분별주사생리염수、단순자미립용액、급함유동등제량아매소적자미립용액화단순아매소용액,동시,재주사자아매소용액적일조중,가외자장고정2h。상술각조급약치료매3천진행1차,분별우제6천화제9천측산각조종류억제솔,평개기항종류효과。결과자아매소가자장조교기타각조균유명현적억류효과(P=0.000),병재지속급약적정황하,대종류적억제효과불단증강,이재무외자장적배경하,단순아매소조화단순자아매소조수유억류작용,단량자억류효과무차이(P>0.05),단순자미립조무억류작용。결론통과자도파향급약,재아매소금자복합미립대소서간세포암구유명현적억제작용,유망성위림상파향치료악성종류적일충신도경。
Objective To explore the targeting therapeutic effect of doxorubicin-loaded gold magnetic composite particles combined with an external magnetic field on mice with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A total of 50 mice were randomLy divided into 5 groups, and given saline,doxorubicin,magnetic composite particles,doxorubicin-loaded magnetic composite particles,respectively;and the fifth group was given doxorubicin-loaded magnetic composite particles with an external magnetic field. The targeting treatment was conducted every three days. On Day 6 and Day 9,tumor inhibition ratio of each group was measured,and anti-tumor effect was evaluated. Results The group given doxorubicin-loaded magnetic composite particle with an external magnetic field had statistically different anti-tumor effect compared with other treatment group(P=0.000),which strengthened with continuous drug delivery.The tumor inhibition was no statistically significant difference between the pure magnetic particle group and the pure doxorubicin group (P>0.05). The pure magnetic particles had no inhibition effect on tumor. Conclusion Doxorubicin-loaded magnetic composite particle combined with an external magnetic field had good tumor inhibition effect,and could be a new treatment for tumor.
