试验将300羽罗曼蛋鸡随机分成3组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡。1组为对照组,饲喂基础蛋鸡日粮,2组和3组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.2 mg/kg富硒酵母和亚硒酸钠。试验期为35 d。于试验第35天采取组织样品测定硒含量、GPX活性和肝脏GPX-4 mRNA表达水平。结果表明:富硒酵母组和亚硒酸钠组蛋鸡肝脏、肾脏、胸肌硒含量,肝脏、肾脏GPX活性以及肝脏GPX-4 mRNA表达水平均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);富硒酵母组蛋鸡的胸肌硒含量,肝脏、肾脏GPX活性均显著高于亚硒酸钠组(P<0.05);亚硒酸钠组蛋鸡的肾脏硒含量显著高于富硒酵母组(P<0.05);而富硒酵母组和亚硒酸钠组之间肝脏硒含量和肝脏GPX-4 mRNA表达水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。
試驗將300羽囉曼蛋鷄隨機分成3組,每組5箇重複,每箇重複20隻鷄。1組為對照組,飼餵基礎蛋鷄日糧,2組和3組為試驗組,在基礎日糧中分彆添加0.2 mg/kg富硒酵母和亞硒痠鈉。試驗期為35 d。于試驗第35天採取組織樣品測定硒含量、GPX活性和肝髒GPX-4 mRNA錶達水平。結果錶明:富硒酵母組和亞硒痠鈉組蛋鷄肝髒、腎髒、胸肌硒含量,肝髒、腎髒GPX活性以及肝髒GPX-4 mRNA錶達水平均顯著或極顯著高于對照組(P<0.05或P<0.01);富硒酵母組蛋鷄的胸肌硒含量,肝髒、腎髒GPX活性均顯著高于亞硒痠鈉組(P<0.05);亞硒痠鈉組蛋鷄的腎髒硒含量顯著高于富硒酵母組(P<0.05);而富硒酵母組和亞硒痠鈉組之間肝髒硒含量和肝髒GPX-4 mRNA錶達水平無顯著差異(P>0.05)。
시험장300우라만단계수궤분성3조,매조5개중복,매개중복20지계。1조위대조조,사위기출단계일량,2조화3조위시험조,재기출일량중분별첨가0.2 mg/kg부서효모화아서산납。시험기위35 d。우시험제35천채취조직양품측정서함량、GPX활성화간장GPX-4 mRNA표체수평。결과표명:부서효모조화아서산납조단계간장、신장、흉기서함량,간장、신장GPX활성이급간장GPX-4 mRNA표체수평균현저혹겁현저고우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01);부서효모조단계적흉기서함량,간장、신장GPX활성균현저고우아서산납조(P<0.05);아서산납조단계적신장서함량현저고우부서효모조(P<0.05);이부서효모조화아서산납조지간간장서함량화간장GPX-4 mRNA표체수평무현저차이(P>0.05)。
A total of 300 Roman laying hens were randomly assigned into 3 dietary treatment groups with 5 replicates of 20 each for an 5 weeks study,which were fed basal diet or basal diets supplemented with 0.20 mg/kg Se from Se-en-riched yeast,sodium selenite,respectively.Tissue samples were collected at experiment termination.Tissue Se concentra-tions,tissue glutathione peroxidase(GPX)activities and liver GPX-4 mRNA levels were analyzed.The results showed that:the kidney Se concentrations,breast muscle Se concentrations,liver GPX activities and kidney GPX activities increased significantly of 2 supplemented groups (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05)compared with the control group.The liver GPX activities, kidney GPX activities and breast muscle Se concentrations of Se-enriched yeast group were higher than those of sodium selenite group (P < 0.05).However,the kidney Se concentrations of sodium selenite group were higher than those of Se-enriched yeast group (P<0.05).But there was no significant differences in liver Se concentrations and liver GPX-4 mR-NA levels between Se-enriched yeast group and sodium selenite group.
