为探讨油菜秸秆菌糠对奶牛生产性能和血清生化指标的影响,选择胎次、泌乳期、产奶量、体重相近的健康中国荷斯坦牛62头,随机分为2组,每组31头。对照组每天每头饲喂2.5 kg苜蓿干草,试验组用油菜秸秆菌糠等量(40%)替代部分苜蓿干草,两试验组日粮其他组成一致。结果表明:供试牛采食正常,两试验组采食量、4%标准乳产量及乳品质在各试验阶段均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组血清尿素氮、总胆固醇水平比对照组分别提高12.75%和10.81%,差异显著(P<0.05),试验组谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶活性比对照组分别提高4.60%和3.05%,差异不显著(P>0.05),但血液指标均在正常值范围内。说明油菜秸秆菌糠可以部分替代苜蓿干草,对奶牛生产性能和肝功能无不良影响。

The experiment were conducted to investigate the effects of equivalent replacement of alfalfa hays with rape mushroom substrate in lactating dairy cows’ diet on performance and serum biochemical parameters.62 Chinese Hol-stein cattle with similar parity (2 ~ 4 parties) lactating period,milk yield and weight were divided into 2 groups of 31 each.Control group were fed with 2.5 kg/d alfalfa hay per cattle and the test group were fed with 40%rape mushroom sub-strate +60% alfalfa hays.The results showed that:the feed intake were normal and there were no significant difference in feed intake,4%fat corrected milk yield and milk quality between test group and control group (P>0.05).Compared with control group,the content of serum urea nitrogen,total cholesterol and the enzyme activity of GPT and GOT of test groups increased by 12.75%(P < 0.05),10.81%(P < 0.05),4.60%(P > 0.05) and 3.05%(P > 0.05),respectively,within normal limits.The experiment indicated that rape mushroom substrates could substitute alfalfa hays and had no negative effect on production performance and liver function.
