目的:设计一套科学、实用的县级医院手术类临床科室绩效考核指标体系。方法:使用文献研究法、头脑风暴法、关键绩效指标法、德尔菲法来筛选考核指标,运用平衡计分卡法来构建指标体系的框架,采用专家排序法和层次分析法来分配指标权重系数。结果:设计了包括4个一级指标、9个二级指标、25个三级指标的县级医院手术类临床科室绩效考核指标体系。结论:考核指标选择具有关键性,各级指标权重系数分配合理,考核指标体系设计科学,具有较强的操作性,能够为县级医院对手术类临床科室进行绩效考核提供有益借鉴。
目的:設計一套科學、實用的縣級醫院手術類臨床科室績效攷覈指標體繫。方法:使用文獻研究法、頭腦風暴法、關鍵績效指標法、德爾菲法來篩選攷覈指標,運用平衡計分卡法來構建指標體繫的框架,採用專傢排序法和層次分析法來分配指標權重繫數。結果:設計瞭包括4箇一級指標、9箇二級指標、25箇三級指標的縣級醫院手術類臨床科室績效攷覈指標體繫。結論:攷覈指標選擇具有關鍵性,各級指標權重繫數分配閤理,攷覈指標體繫設計科學,具有較彊的操作性,能夠為縣級醫院對手術類臨床科室進行績效攷覈提供有益藉鑒。
목적:설계일투과학、실용적현급의원수술류림상과실적효고핵지표체계。방법:사용문헌연구법、두뇌풍폭법、관건적효지표법、덕이비법래사선고핵지표,운용평형계분잡법래구건지표체계적광가,채용전가배서법화층차분석법래분배지표권중계수。결과:설계료포괄4개일급지표、9개이급지표、25개삼급지표적현급의원수술류림상과실적효고핵지표체계。결론:고핵지표선택구유관건성,각급지표권중계수분배합리,고핵지표체계설계과학,구유교강적조작성,능구위현급의원대수술류림상과실진행적효고핵제공유익차감。
Objective:To design a set of scientific, reasonable performance evaluation index system for sugery clinical departments in County-level hospitals. Methods:Screening evaluation index by using the methods of literature survey, brainstorming, key performance indicators and Delphi, building up a framework of index system through Balanced Scorecard method, allocating the weight coefficient by analysis expert ranking method and analytic hierarchy process. Results: The performance evaluation index system design includes 4 level indicators, 9 level two indexes and 25 level three indexes in surgery departments of County-level hospital. Conclusion:Evaluation index could be benefit for sugery departments, which is scientifically designed with a key selection of indicators and reasonable weight coefficient allocation in all various levels index.
