试验旨在探讨用地衣芽孢杆菌益生素替代常规颗粒饲料中的抗生素后对肉鸡生长性能、盲肠微生物、消化道pH值及免疫器官指数的影响。采用2×2析因试验设计,试验因素为蛋白水平(0~21 d:20.8%与20.3%;22~35 d:19.3%与18.8%)和促生长添加剂(抗生素与益生素)。选用1日龄山东地方杂交鸡商品肉仔鸡约24万只,随机分成4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复约1万只。结果表明:地衣芽孢杆菌替代抗生素显著提高了肉鸡后期(22~35 d)的日增重(P<0.05),并有增加后期日采食量、35 d体重及全期日增重的趋势(P<0.1);肉鸡21 d时回肠、盲肠和直肠的pH值显著降低(P<0.05),显著降低了肉鸡全期盲肠内大肠杆菌的数量和增加了乳酸菌数量(P<0.05),显著增加了21 d的胸腺指数、35 d的胸腺指数和法氏囊指数(P<0.05);肉鸡生长性能和其他指标在不同蛋白水平之间无显著差异,交互作用不显著。与抗生素相比,地衣芽孢杆菌有增加杂交肉鸡后期生产性能的趋势,可通过调节盲肠微生态、降低前期后段肠道pH值来改善肉鸡肠道环境,能显著提高免疫器官指数。

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus licheniformis probiotic as antibiotic substitution on growth performance, intestinal health and immune organ indexes of broilers. Two hundred and forty thousand 1-day-old Shandong local cross broilers were randomly divided into a 2 × 2 factorial design(CP level × Growth promotion) containing 4 dietary treatments consisting of 6 replicates of about 10 000 birds each. Results showed that ADG on 22 to 35 d was significantly increased(P<0.05) in probiotic treatments. There are increasing trends(P<0.1) in ADFI on 22 to 35 d, BW on 35 d, and ADG on 0-35 d. Broilers fed diets containing B. lichenifor-mis had lower pH value in ileum, cecum, and rectal on 21 d(P<0.05), lower E. coli and higher lactic acid bacteria counts(P<0.05). Compared with antibiotic, B. licheniformis significantly im-proved the thymus indexs on 21 d and 35 d and bursa index on 35 d(P<0.05). No significant dif-ferences were observed between H-CP and L-CP treatments. B. licheniformis probiotic as antibi-otic substitution had an increasing trend in growth performance, and significantly improved intesti-nal flora balance and immune organs indexes.
