催芽是水稻生产过程中的重要环节,随着农业现代技术的不断发展,对催芽技术也提出了更高的要求。传统的催芽方法不能很好地满足水稻催芽不同阶段所需的温度、湿度以及氧气等条件,且因技术不当,很容易出现高温烧芽、根芽不齐和哑谷等问题。为了解决传统催芽方法的不足,主要设计了一种智能化水稻催芽系统。该系统可以提供最佳的催芽环境,从而得到高品质的水稻,实现无人值守、远程监控、全自动化水稻催芽生产,有利于推动水稻芽种生产管理的规模化、智能化发展。
催芽是水稻生產過程中的重要環節,隨著農業現代技術的不斷髮展,對催芽技術也提齣瞭更高的要求。傳統的催芽方法不能很好地滿足水稻催芽不同階段所需的溫度、濕度以及氧氣等條件,且因技術不噹,很容易齣現高溫燒芽、根芽不齊和啞穀等問題。為瞭解決傳統催芽方法的不足,主要設計瞭一種智能化水稻催芽繫統。該繫統可以提供最佳的催芽環境,從而得到高品質的水稻,實現無人值守、遠程鑑控、全自動化水稻催芽生產,有利于推動水稻芽種生產管理的規模化、智能化髮展。
최아시수도생산과정중적중요배절,수착농업현대기술적불단발전,대최아기술야제출료경고적요구。전통적최아방법불능흔호지만족수도최아불동계단소수적온도、습도이급양기등조건,차인기술불당,흔용역출현고온소아、근아불제화아곡등문제。위료해결전통최아방법적불족,주요설계료일충지능화수도최아계통。해계통가이제공최가적최아배경,종이득도고품질적수도,실현무인치수、원정감공、전자동화수도최아생산,유리우추동수도아충생산관리적규모화、지능화발전。
Rice germination was the most important part during rice production .it became more and more strict because of the continuous development of modern technology .Compared with the intelligent germination technology , the traditional technology couldn ’ t accuracy meets the requirements of temperature ,humidity, oxygen for each growth period of rice .It also could be found burning bud , dumb valley and other problems .In order to solve the deficiency of the traditional ger-mination methods , this paper mainly design a kind of intelligent germination system for rice , the system can provide the best environment for germination , and get high quality of rice .The whole system realizes unattended , remote monitoring , automatic germination production for rice , it was conducive to promoting the development of intelligent and large -scale for processing budded rice .
