应用Hypermesh 有限元软件对翻抛机机架进行静力学和动力学模态分析,从而找出机架危险点位置,对危险点位置进行局部加强,并在此基础上进行结构优化设计。计算结果表明,优化后的机架不但满足静力学和动力学要求,而且整机质量也减少了24%。通过对样机的试制,验证了此优化方法的准确性与合理性。

The static and dynamic modal analysis of the frame of windrow turner machine were analyzed via Hypermesh FEM software in this article .Found and strengthened the danger point , after analysis and reinforcement , the strength of danger point was remained ,optimum design was carried out based on analysis .The results demonstrated that the frame sat-isfied the requirement of static and dynamic as well as reduce the overall weight by 24%after optimum design .The accu-racy and rationality of our optimum design have been demonstrated by the prototype .
