针对江苏省土壤结构和连年浅层旋耕作业引起的土壤板结、蓄水能力差等问题,设计开发了深松碎茬平整机。该机采用双翼式凿形铲与波纹式滚笼状碎茬部件,经集成设计的整机一次完成深松、碎茬和平整等作业。田间试验结果表明:与55 kW以上的拖拉机配套使用,机具结构设计合理,耕作后地表平整,作业质量符合农艺要求,为江苏省保护性耕作条件下机械化深松作业提供了技术支持。

In the view of soil structure in Jiangsu Province and soil compaction as well as poor water storage ability be -cause of successive shallow rotary tillage , this paper designed and developed the subsoiling stubble levelling machine . The machine adopts double-wing type chisel-shaped spade and the corrugated roller shape stubble breaking component , which can finish the work of deep loosening , stubble cutting and leveling at the same time .Field test results show that with more than 55 kW tractors , its machinery structure design is reasonable ,farming ground surface is flat after operation , quality can meet the agronomic requirements , which provide technical supporting for mechanical subsoiling under the con-dition of the conservation tillage in Jiangsu Province .
