为了实时检测播种机的工作性能,即时对播种过程中的重播、漏播和停播进行监控,设计了一种用于播种机性能监控的无线监测装置。该系统采用 AT89c52单片机为主控芯片,结合 NRF24L01无线传输模块,对播种机作业过程的种子重播、漏播进行声光报警,进一步通过计算,由迪文显示器对所需参数进行实时显示。试验结果表明,该装置完全可以实现播种机作业过程适时监控和显示,且误差率可以控制在97.2%以内。

In order to measure the planter performance and monitor instant replay , leakage sowing and broadcast in the process of seeding , a kind of seeder performance monitoring with wireless monitoring device was designed .The system u-ses AT89c52 microcontroller as the master chip, combined with NRF24L01 wireless transmission module that will alarm when seed replay , leakage sowing acoustic-optic in the process of seeding and further through calculation and display the required parameters by devine display immediately .The test results show that the device can realize monitoring timely and display seeding machine in the process of seeding completely and the error rate can be controlled in 97.2% less.
