目的观察并探讨中西医结合治疗小儿腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法对照组患儿给予双嘧达莫口服，西咪替丁肌内注射或加入5％葡萄糖中静脉滴注，同时补充维生素C，发热＞38℃者给予退热药对症处理；观察组患儿在对照组基础上服用中药普济消毒饮加减。结果观察组患儿痊愈26例，无效4例，总有效率91.67%；对照组痊愈17例，无效12例，总有效率75.00%。两组患儿在痊愈数和总有效率上有明显差异。结论中西医结合治疗小儿腮腺炎，标本兼治，使得患儿症状能够迅速消退，恢复正常机体免疫功能，疗效显著且无不良反应，更易于患儿及其家属接受，适于推广。
목적관찰병탐토중서의결합치료소인시선염적림상료효。방법대조조환인급여쌍밀체막구복，서미체정기내주사혹가입5％포도당중정맥적주，동시보충유생소C，발열＞38℃자급여퇴열약대증처리；관찰조환인재대조조기출상복용중약보제소독음가감。결과관찰조환인전유26례，무효4례，총유효솔91.67%；대조조전유17례，무효12례，총유효솔75.00%。량조환인재전유수화총유효솔상유명현차이。결론중서의결합치료소인시선염，표본겸치，사득환인증상능구신속소퇴，회복정상궤체면역공능，료효현저차무불량반응，경역우환인급기가속접수，괄우추엄。
Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of child parotitis treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods The children in control group were given oral dipyridamole, cimetidine intramuscular injection or added to the 5% glucose intravenous infusion, at the same time added vitamin C,and if somebody fevered over 38℃,antipyretics symptomatic treatment were given. The children in observation group were added Chinese medicine general antiphlogistic decoction on the basis of control group. Results In observation group, there were 26 cases with recovery, 4 cases with invalidity, and the total effective rate was 91.67%.In control group, there were 17 cases with recovery, 12 cases with invalidity, and the total effective rate was 75.00%. There were significant different in recovery cases number and total effective rate between two groups. Conclusion Child parotitis treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can subside quickly symptoms of children, restore normal immune function, and has significant effect, no adverse reactions, and make children and their families more acceptable, and is suitable for promotion.
