目的探讨变应性鼻炎患者采用复方鹅芪鼻腔冲洗液治疗的临床效果。方法收集2009年10月～2012年6月来我院进行治疗的变应性鼻炎患者124例，按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，每组62例。观察组采用复方鹅芪鼻腔冲洗液治疗；对照组采用生理盐水，3周为1个疗程。两组患者的临床效果及鼻黏膜纤毛清除时间的比较均使用统计学方法进行分析。结果两组患者治疗后的各项症状评分、体征评分、病情评分及鼻黏膜纤毛清除时间与治疗前比较均明显降低；观察组治疗后的症状评分、体征评分、病情评分及鼻黏膜清除时间与对照组治疗后比较明显较低；观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论变应性鼻炎患者采用复方鹅芪鼻腔冲洗液进行治疗临床效果较好，能够对鼻黏膜上皮的修复起到促进的作用。
목적탐토변응성비염환자채용복방아기비강충세액치료적림상효과。방법수집2009년10월～2012년6월래아원진행치료적변응성비염환자124례，안조치료방법분위관찰조화대조조，매조62례。관찰조채용복방아기비강충세액치료；대조조채용생리염수，3주위1개료정。량조환자적림상효과급비점막섬모청제시간적비교균사용통계학방법진행분석。결과량조환자치료후적각항증상평분、체정평분、병정평분급비점막섬모청제시간여치료전비교균명현강저；관찰조치료후적증상평분、체정평분、병정평분급비점막청제시간여대조조치료후비교명현교저；관찰조적총유효솔명현고우대조조，량조간차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론변응성비염환자채용복방아기비강충세액진행치료림상효과교호，능구대비점막상피적수복기도촉진적작용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of allergic rhinitis treated with E-Qi nasal washing fluid. Methods 124 cases with allergic rhinitis patients were collected from October 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital. According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,each group with 62 cases.The observation group was treated with E-Qi nasal washing fluid;the control group was treated with physiological saline ,a course of treatment was 3 weeks.The clinical effect and nasal mucociliary clearance time of the two groups were compared with statistical analysis. Results The scores of symptoms,signs and the state of the illness,nasal mucociliary clearance time of the two groups after treatment compared with those before treatment were significantly lower;the scores of symptoms,signs and the state of the illness,nasal mucociliary clearance time of the observation group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment was significantly lower;the total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Allergic rhinitis patients treated with E-Qi nasal washing fluid treatment has good clinical effect,which plays a promoting role in repairing the nasal epithelium.
