目的探讨小细胞肺癌（SCLC）手术联合化疗治疗与单纯化疗的疗效的对比研究。方法回顾性分析从2002年1月～2007年1月我院收治小细胞肺癌患者52例，均经病理组织学证实，其中25例采用手术治疗联用化疗治疗方法，作为联合组，余27例单纯采用化疗治疗方法，作为对照组。结果联合组1年、2年、5年生存率分别为80.0%、44.0%、24.0%；对照组1年、2年、5年生存率分别为48.1%、33.3%、11.1%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论与单纯化疗相比，手术治疗联用化疗治疗能明显延长小细胞肺癌患者的生存时间，具有较好的远期疗效。
목적탐토소세포폐암（SCLC）수술연합화료치료여단순화료적료효적대비연구。방법회고성분석종2002년1월～2007년1월아원수치소세포폐암환자52례，균경병리조직학증실，기중25례채용수술치료련용화료치료방법，작위연합조，여27례단순채용화료치료방법，작위대조조。결과연합조1년、2년、5년생존솔분별위80.0%、44.0%、24.0%；대조조1년、2년、5년생존솔분별위48.1%、33.3%、11.1%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론여단순화료상비，수술치료련용화료치료능명현연장소세포폐암환자적생존시간，구유교호적원기료효。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of operation combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in patients with SCLC. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 52 patients with SCLC in our hospital from Jan.2002 to Jan 2007.Among 52 cases,25 cases were treated with operation and chemotherapy as joint group,and 27 cases were treated with only chemotherapy as control group. Results The survival rates in 1 year,2 years and 5 years(80.0%,44.0%,24.0%)were much higher than those in control group(48.1%,33.3%,11.1%),there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The operation combined with chemotherapy in patients with SCLC can obviously prolong the survival time with a better long-term clinical effect.
