保护性耕作技术是一项把农业生产和生态环境结合起来的农业新技术，具有良好的社会、生态和经济等综合效益，是当前适合农业可持续发展的主要技术内容之一。在我国推广保护性耕作，有利于缓解农业生态环境逐渐恶化的趋势，是保障农业可持续发展和保护农民利益的重要措施。为此，采用 SWOT 分析方法，分析了在我国推广保护性耕作的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇和挑战，并提出了推广保护性耕作技术的对策与建议。

Conservation tillage technology is a new technology of agriculture which combine the agricultural production with the ecological environment ,so it has a comprehensive efficiency on society ,economy and environment .And it's also one of the main technical contents which is suitable for the agricultural sustainable development in current .Promotion of conservation tillage can help to alleviate the gradually deteriorating trend of our country 's agricultural ecologic environ-ment,and it's an important measure to ensure the sustainable development of our country's agricultural and the farmers'interests.This paper uses the SWOT analytic method to analyzes the strengths ,weakness as well as the facing opportunity and threat about promotion of conservation tillage in our country , and the authors put forward the countermeasure of the promotion of conservation tillage in our country in the end .
