加工番茄的机械化采收是新疆番茄产业急需解决的问题。为此，介绍了新疆加工番茄的种植及采收现状，重点对番茄收获机果秧分离装置的应用现状及存在问题进行了研究；分析了影响加工番茄果秧分离装置正常工作的主要因素；提出了利用液压振动系统取代现有果秧分离装置中的偏心块机构，实现加工番茄果秧分离。研究成果可为液压振动系统应用于农业机械提供借鉴。

The mechani cal harvest of processing tomatoes is the urgently solution to the question of Xinjiang tomato in-dustry .This paper introduces the cultivation and harvest status of Xinjiang processing tomato , focus on studying fruit sepa-ration device of tomato harvester application status and the existing problems ,and analyzing the main factors which affect he normal work of processing tomato fruit separation device , put forward the use of hydraulic vibration system to replace the eccentric block mechanism of existing fruit separation device , realize processing tomato fruit separation , research re-sults provide reference for hydraulic vibration system applied for agricultural machinery .
