机插秧是水稻全程机械化的中心环节，水稻育秧机械化和标准化是实施机械插秧的前提条件，因此需要尽早研制出性能优越、稳定可靠的新型育秧播种设备。为此，介绍了国内外的水稻种植模式和水稻育秧机具的研究进展，详细阐述了育秧播种装置的各类排种器，分析了几种典型育秧播种机的结构及工作原理，指出了水稻育秧播种机今后的发展趋势。

Mechanized transplanting is the central link of the full mechanization in rice cultivation ,rice seedling mechani-zation and standardization is a prerequisite for implementation of mechanical transplanting .Thus a new precision seeding and raising equipment with excellent performance and reliable work needs to be developed as soon as possible .This paper introduces the domestic and foreign rice-planting patterns and the research progress of seedling machines ,it represents all types of seeding apparatus detailedly .In this text , structure and working principle of several typical seedling planter are analyzed ,and the future development direction of rice seedling planter is also referred .
