针对呼伦贝尔地区现有免耕播种机行距宽、麦类作物出苗后封垄不好导致水分蒸发快、杂草不易控制、秋收割晒时易掉沟或塌铺以及单位面积土地利用率不高等问题,在现有2 BMG-24型免耕施肥播种机基础上进行改造,形成缩垄增行免耕施肥播种机,使种植行距由传统的16cm 缩减到10cm,并进行了大麦和小麦的对比试验研究。结果表明:小麦密植播种的株高、穗粒数和千粒质量较常规播种分别减少4.9%,8.3%和0.8%,但每公顷穗数增加了17.6%;大麦密植播种的株高和千粒质量无明显变化,平均每穗粒数减少1粒,但每公顷穗数增加了22.2%。

Ther are some problem that row distance of no-till seeder is wide , grains seedling covering bare soil bad , wa-ter evaopration is quick , weeds control is bad , crop falling down easy on harvesting , land use ratio of unit area is lower . Solid seeding no-till planter is reformed by 2BMG-24 no-till seeder.Row spacing is 10cm.The tests on seeding wheat and barly been proceeded .The results indicated that some wheat parameters of solid seeding are reduced than convention seeding , for example plant height , number of grain per ear and thousand seed weight etc .4 .9%,8 .3% and 0 .8% re-spectively .And some barly plant height and thousant seed weight been no change , number of grain per ear reduced one , but number of ear per acre increased 22 .2%.
