利用仿真软件ADAMS建立了3 MDZK-12棉花打顶机的虚拟样机模型,并对打顶机机架进行了越障分析。通过分析得出:打顶机在低速作业条件下能减少机架的纵向跳动量;仿形地轮采用弹性支撑比采用刚性支撑更有利于打顶机的平稳作业,同时有利于提高打顶的作业精度;对所建立的虚拟模型进行了试验验证,物理试验的结果与仿真试验的结果吻合较好,说明虚拟模型的真实性较高,能够满足仿真研究的要求,为打顶机机架和工作参数的优化提供了参考。
利用倣真軟件ADAMS建立瞭3 MDZK-12棉花打頂機的虛擬樣機模型,併對打頂機機架進行瞭越障分析。通過分析得齣:打頂機在低速作業條件下能減少機架的縱嚮跳動量;倣形地輪採用彈性支撐比採用剛性支撐更有利于打頂機的平穩作業,同時有利于提高打頂的作業精度;對所建立的虛擬模型進行瞭試驗驗證,物理試驗的結果與倣真試驗的結果吻閤較好,說明虛擬模型的真實性較高,能夠滿足倣真研究的要求,為打頂機機架和工作參數的優化提供瞭參攷。

By ADAMS set up the virtual prototype of 3 MDZK-12 cotton top-cutting machine , to analyze obstacle charac-teristic of frame of top-cutting , as a results top-cutting work in the low speed can reduce the Y-displacement of frame , profiling land-wheel with elastic support than the rigid support is more advantage to smooth operation , and can help to improve the precision of operation of top-cutting machine; to verified the correctness of virtual prototype model , result showed , the physical test have well conformed to simulation results and the authenticity of virtual model is higher , and can meet the requirements of simulation , it provides reference for optimization of top-cutting machine frame and operating parameters .
