为了研究稻种在交叉导流式种箱中的流动特性及临界结拱状况,避免在播种过程中种箱内种子流断裂,影响对填充区的供种,利用散体力学对种箱出流口的临界结拱间隙距离进行近似推导,借助高清摄像相机对种箱内种子流动特性进行观察分析,并进行临界结拱间隙距离的试验。试验结果表明:在该结构模式下,种箱内种子能够实现整体流动,临界结拱间隙距离试验的结果与公式推导结果相近。在交叉导流式种箱的导种板间隙设计中,对于干燥物料,通过公式推导的结果可以作为参考值,对于湿种则需对公式进行系数修正。

In order to study rice flow characteristics and critical arching situation in the crossed diversion plate gap , avoid seed flow breaking during the sowing process , which could impact on the filling area of seed supply , this paper deduce approximately the critical arching gap of outflow port according to the theory of mechanics of granular media , take advan-tage of the HD video camera to observe the flowing characteristic of seeds in the seed -box , and conduct the experiment of testing critical arching gap .The results show that the seeds can achieve overall flow in this structural box , the results of critical arching gap are similar to the results of formula derivation .In the design of crossed diversion plate gap , the re-sults can be used as reference values to design the seed box of dry seeds , but for wet seeds the formula coefficient need to be modified .
