现代茶叶加工中,烘干茶叶排放废热是热量损失最大的环节。现有的茶叶烘干机在干燥过程中,直接将烘干茶叶后的废气排到烘箱外,带走了大量的热量,并且污染了室内环境。为此,针对现有茶叶烘干机废气余热排放的问题,利用管壳式热交换器进行废气余热的回收利用。试验结果表明,具有这种余热回收装置的茶叶烘干机,热效率提高,能耗降低明显,具有良好的经济效益和推广价值。
現代茶葉加工中,烘榦茶葉排放廢熱是熱量損失最大的環節。現有的茶葉烘榦機在榦燥過程中,直接將烘榦茶葉後的廢氣排到烘箱外,帶走瞭大量的熱量,併且汙染瞭室內環境。為此,針對現有茶葉烘榦機廢氣餘熱排放的問題,利用管殼式熱交換器進行廢氣餘熱的迴收利用。試驗結果錶明,具有這種餘熱迴收裝置的茶葉烘榦機,熱效率提高,能耗降低明顯,具有良好的經濟效益和推廣價值。

The waste heat is a great part of energy loss in tea trying processing .The existing tea dryer discharged the waste heat from the oven in the drying process .The waste heat which discharged into the environment directly not only takes loss of energy but also pollutes the environment .According to the present problem of tea dryer , the shell-and-tube heat exchanger is proposed to recycling the waste heat in the drying process .The experiments show that the tea dryer with the shell-and-tube heat exchanger improves efficiency , saves energy , have a good economic benefits and popularization value .
