目的探讨滋阴养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法90例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组给予胃蛋白酶片治疗，观察组给予滋阴养胃汤治疗。结果观察组总有效率91.11%高于对照组75.56%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论滋阴养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者疗效佳。
목적탐토자음양위탕치료만성위축성위염환자적림상료효。방법90례만성위축성위염환자，수궤분성대조조화관찰조。대조조급여위단백매편치료，관찰조급여자음양위탕치료。결과관찰조총유효솔91.11%고우대조조75.56%，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론자음양위탕치료만성위축성위염환자료효가。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ZiyinYangweidecoction in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 90 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given the pepsin tablets for the treatment.The observation group was treated with ZiyinYangweidecoction. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than 75.56% of the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion ZiyinYangwei decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis has a good curative effect.
