根据整秆式甘蔗收割机-4 ZL1400-1的特点及受力分析,设计了合理的切割装置结构。通过调整刀盘转速、收割机行走速度、刀盘倾角以及刀片切割角,在不同地形、不同种植行距和不同培土高度环境条件下对广西丘陵地带甘蔗进行切割试验。试验结果给出了优化的工作参数,验证了所设计的切割装置结构合理、切割性能可靠。

According to the characteristics and stress analysis of the entire rod sugarcane harvester -4 ZL1400-1 , a rea-sonable cutting device structure was designed .By adjusting the speed of the cutter head and the harvester , changing the inclination of the cutter head and cutting angle in different terrains and different planting spacing and different height of the earth ,sugar cane of Guangxi foothills was cut test .The optimizational working parameters were given by the tests .The tests verify the structure of the cutting device is reasonable ,and the cutting performance is reliable .
