目的对甘露醇中的镍进行测定。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,标准曲线法测定。结果标准曲线法所得相关系数r=1.0000,平均加样回收率为95%~105%。结论该方法作为甘露醇中镍的检测准确、可靠。

Obective To establish a method for detection of nickel in Mannitol. Methods A flame atomic absorption spectrometry and standard curve method was used to analyze the nickel in mannitol. Results The correlation coefficient in standard curve method was 1.0000,with the recovery of95%~105%. Conclusion The method is proved accurate and reliable,it can be used for the determination of the nickel in Mannitol.
