目的探讨外周动静脉自动同步换血治疗新生儿重症高胆红素血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析32例采用外周动静脉自动同步换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的患儿，比较外周动静脉自动同步换血前后血清胆红素、白细胞、血小板、红细胞、血红蛋白的变化情况。结果换血术后血清总胆红素、间接胆红素均明显下降，白细胞、血小板均有下降，红细胞、血红蛋白明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用外周动静脉自动同步换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效可靠，安全性高，操作简单，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative and safety on the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by peripheral arteriovenous automatic synchronous exchange transfusion. Methods Peripheral arteriovenous automatic synchronous exchange transfusion was performed on 32 new born infants with hyperbilirubinemia.The pre-operative and post-operative serum bilirubin,white blood cells,platelets,red blood cells and hemoglobin were compared. Results After the blood exchange transfusion,the level of serum total bilirubin and the nuconjugated bilirubin decreased obviously(P < 0.05).The number of platelets and white blood cells declined,while the number of red blood cells and the level of hemoglobin increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by peripheral arteriovenous automatic synchronous exchange transfusion is reliable,effective,and easy to operate,which is worthy of wide promotion in the clinical application.
