为了提高铡草机刀片强度、硬度和耐磨性,对刀片进行单面渗碳和热处理,以达到自磨刃强化目的,但热处理过程中淬火回火后刀片发生了变形。为此,以碳素结构钢Q235为研究材料,选用不同淬火回火工艺参数进行处理,分析比较刀片自磨刃强化处理过程中刀片的变形规律。
為瞭提高鍘草機刀片彊度、硬度和耐磨性,對刀片進行單麵滲碳和熱處理,以達到自磨刃彊化目的,但熱處理過程中淬火迴火後刀片髮生瞭變形。為此,以碳素結構鋼Q235為研究材料,選用不同淬火迴火工藝參數進行處理,分析比較刀片自磨刃彊化處理過程中刀片的變形規律。

in order to improve the hay cutter blade strength , hardness and wear resistance , the blade for single carburi-zing and heat treatment in order to achieve self grinding blade strengthen purpose , but in the process of heat treatment quenching after tempering blade happened deformation .Based on carbon structural steel Q 235 as the research material , choose different quenching tempering process parameters processing , analysis and comparison blade from grinding blade reinforcement in the course of processing , the deformation law of the blade .
