当前，我国农产品领域纵向协作仍然以传统随行就市的市场化交易为主，存在协作层次低和协作绩效差等诸多问题。加快协作机制转型升级受到农产品市场供求关系、农产品加工专用性程度、农民组织化力量、加工企业垄断势力和政府行为等因素的影响。为此，提出了发展合作社联合基础上的合同模式、继续提高农民组织化水平和市场谈判地位、建立“市场保护价＋优惠服务”的利益机制、加强产业链管理、政府推动让位于市场推动、行业自组织等政策建议。

Market transaction is the main currently agricultural vertical coordination mechanism; it has many questions such as low-level coordination and poor reslutes .Coordination mechanism transformation and upgrading is affected by products market,agro-processing specificity,the farmers'organizations and processing enterprises monopoly power, government actions .Finally , this paper proposes some policy recommendations:developing the contract model based on cooperative joint , raising the level of farmers organization and the market bargaining position , establishing a "protected market price +premium services” interest mechanism and strengthening the management of industrial chain , the govern-ment-driven giving way to market-driven and industry self-organization .
